Bethlehem pre lit christmas tree

Has anyone received an automated phone message telling them their Bethlehem pre lit christmas tree purchased from 2011 Christmas in July is hazardous and should not be used? They also said they would get back to me within 10 days with more info. I called CS to get details and was told I would be contacted within 10 days. I asked would a new tree be sent? She didn't know. What is going on? I usually put my tree up in a few weeks, now they are telling me not to use due to fire hazardous. I NEED a tree. Anyone else have any info. Thanks
