I tried the ignore button a few times but it was not helpful since someone would always quote the person I was ignoring🙈

yes, this was  the major flaw in that system...

Those darn quoters.   It still helps tho.    I like the ignore.  There are posters I don't even bother opening the thread and I'd just as soon not have to see their incessent posts.

Thanks, Burnsite.... for explaining.  I think I understand it a little better now.

I could care less about the "ignore" feature. I've never used it although I took a few jabs recently by someone (name will remain anonymous) on a thread I started. Just scan the threads. Don't read their comments if they bug you. Or read them and ignore them or go "right back at em" if you feel so inclined. 😉 I decided this particular poster wasn't worth my time or effort so I just read it, got mad, then let it go.

I never used the ignore button, I want to be informed not shielded from what may be unpleasant.  How else can I separate the good, the bad, the ugly? If some need it, then fine to bring it back. But first fix the jumping that happens on notebooks and Ipads.

Hi lulu, me too! I need the ignore feature back so I don't have to read the lies and bull---- that some posters are known for posting. I only used it on a few posters but ignoring them made my days brighter and my posting experience happier.

Hi Sunny, I hope you are well.  Your last sentence made me laugh aloud.

I've had to do that several times and it worked...they stopped their nasty posts.
