Regardless of what Kingston may or not be, HE is a beautiful dog, that now has a family who loves him..... Get over yourselves as to whether he is a pitt or not.... I love pitts... we have three in our family, best dog ever great temprement......   KINGSTON enjoy your new furever home, YOU are beautiful....

Awwww, I wish I'd seen it!

Do you remember what kind of commercial it was, maybe I can watch for it!

Today, he had what must be the first brushing he's ever had in his life and at first he didn't know what to think!

He was apprehensive at first, then thought it was a chew toy, then went into doggie nirvana when I used it on his belly!

So true! He's just 70 lbs. of pure love bug!

Things have really been going great with him and he's a really smart boy!

We have a large, screened in deck on the rear of our home, with a glass sliding door leading to it from the dining room, so we put in a doggie door to the porch and it didn't take him long at all to get the hang of it.

Now, we're putting a doggie door in the door leading from the deck into our big back yard, so he can take his potty breaks all by himself.

He's also great riding in the back seat of the car. He's totally content to look out the windows and doesn't even try to get up into the front seat.

His only 'problem' so far, is that he just loves people and gets so excited when someone comes over that he jumps up on them, trying to steal a kiss and is a bit hard to control!

We'll keep working on that and may use a trainer, if necessary.

One of the best things I've ever done, was bringing him home to join our family!

@KingstonsMom...I remember your beautiful Christmas rescue story and am thrilled reading your updates!..He is such a happy, grateful Lover Boy and I'm sure he is still continuing to shower you and your family with loads of slurpy kisses!
