Best present ever! Meet my Rescue!

Until we get a chance to take some photos to post, here's a link to his page on the Rescue's site.

They were callng him Landon, but we're calling him Kingston. You'll notice some burns on his back in a couple of his pics, but those are healing up nicely!

Sure didn't get much sleep last night, though!

Where I live it is in the HOA rules that you agree to follow when you buy a home here that we are not allowed to have Rottweilers, dobermans, pit bulls or german shepards. I personally think that is truely stupid but I agreed to it since we no longer have a dog. There was a lady who moved into a rental with a pit bull and the HOA told her the dog must go or you must, and she left within the 30 days they allowed her. Her dog was very well trained and behaved like a perfect gentleman -- which is something you can't say about all the white fluffy dogs most have here that bark constantly and are always nipping at everyone, and that the owners can't control.

On another note , has anyone seen pictures of Jill Bower's new pup? He is a rottie and he has a white heart on his bum. Really cute. It was mon her FB page.

Bless you for helping this poor dog. It was his lucky day when you took him in. I am sure he will show you a lot of love and gratitude.

Seeing this made me smile ear to ear! What an absolutely ADORABLE pooch!!! I LOVE rescue stories. Little did he know that his angel was coming for him that day you adopted him. Makes my heart swoon!
