I have several favorites, but this is one I eat most often.  Chicken breast on 21 grain bread with mayo and Spring mix.

Three faves, no particular order:

Sliced avocado with canola oil mayo on lightly toasted multigrain bread

Turkey (just a little), stuffing, cranberry sauce with canola oil mayo on lightly toasted multigrain bread

Ham, salami and swiss (or provolone) on any kind of ffresh roll or Italian bread, without mayo or mustard, just plain

I’m very hungry as it is and this thread is making matters worse. 😉

For me any sandwich is a winner but my most favorite is Pastrami on rye with mustard !

My favorite is a Croque Monsieur. I make it in the panini press, but you can use any pan for grilling. Sourdough bread, thinly sliced ham, Gruyere cheese, and Dijon mustard. Put a dollop of Bechamel sauce on top of the cheese. Grill on both sides.

I also like Croque Madame  ( the same sandwich with a fried egg on top) - depending on my mood! Smiley Happy

@Anonymous032819 My favorite sandwich is a recipe invention by me. I use a small refrigerated tortilla and spread frito bean dip on it with thinly sliced red onion, shredded pepper jack cheese and banana peppers well drained and place in my ready- set- go until the cheese melted. Approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
