Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience, I went to drop off a camera for service and was told I needed an apt? need to come back tomorrow at my scheduled time to talk to "someone"and fill out paperwork to have camera sent in for service>>this is too much in my opinion..take the camera in and fix it

I haven't brought in anything for repair in 2 or 3 years. Maybe the appointment thing is new. I know at my Best Buy I get there as soon as the store opens and wait on line. Sometimes the wait can be forever. Maybe they decided scheduled appointments in the way to go.

at our best buy you can wait in line or make an appointment......appointments are preferred. they sit you at a cubby with a computer and then go through the problems with you, give you a receipt, and then they call you with the problems to authorize repairs.
