Julianne Hough is out as a DWTS judge!

And Len is coming back! All is right with my DWTS world!

Julianne is a great dancer for sure, but I don't think she deserved the center chair over Bruno and Carrie Ann. I wasn't crazy about the way she called attention to herself on the show while she was a judge.

While I'm glad Len will be back, I liked Julianne. She brought a younger more modern perspective to the judging. Len and Bruno often are rude in their comments and Carrie Ann drools too much over the men. Julianne was much nicer in her comments while making a point. She also critiqued her brother and Mark with no bias. They are probably two of the best choreogrqphers and some expected her to be extra harsh on them no matter how good their dances were.

ITA. IMO she favored her brother and his partner in judging too.

She critiqued them appropriately good or bad and she did at times criticize him but her brother is probably the best most innovative choreographer there is on the show so there wasn't that much to criticize!!!

I think she used the show to reboot her career. I don't know if it was her choice to leave but she probably has gotten a lot of offers since doing Grease Live. I'm glad Len will be back as he is my favorite judge.

Yes, she did favor her brother. I think there are issues between her and Mark Ballas as she basically accused his daddy, Corky of abusing her when she was younger. Julianne and her brother, Derek lived with the Ballas Family in London.
