I'm sure there are many here who are familiar with this company. They constantly send advertisement by mail pushing hearing screenings and their digital hearing devices. They encourage coming in for screenings because it's a medicare benefit. They make it sound like it's urgent that you get the screening done

I have called them twice and asked that they take my name off their mailing list because if I start having hearing problems (which I don't ) I know to contact my doctor. I don't need constant mailings from their company !  To me it's an insult that they feel they need to keep sending advertisements (at least 3-4 a month) because I am of  medicare age and when they are asked to remove my name from their list they should comply.

I'm sure there are many that feel the same as I do.  Ridiculous !!

I am of Medicare age and I don't get Beltone, but I get other solicitations in the mail, some addressed to my deceased husband.  They don't bother me, I just toss them into the recycle bin.

You have asked to have your name removed from their list.  Just toss the letters if they keep coming and forget them. It's not as intrusive as those pesky robo calls.  Those drive me nuts and I have learned not to answer them.

I do toss the letters absolutley ! It's just aggravating and I just needed to vent. I also get those robo calls several per day on my landline and I don't answer them. The latest was from a company who left a vm saying they were "medicare"  yea right !!  Delete !

We got rid of our home phone. No more Robo Calls. 

I give everyone DH's cell number. Not giving mine out.

DH may need a new cell so we can use his like a home phone. I don't answer the phone unless it's my older sister.

@Goodie2shoes  Don't take it personally. They probably contract with some direct mail company that services dozens of companies and Beltone has no control over to whom their advertising is sent. I deposit such trash in the garbage can outside the door.  It never makes it into the house.

PS How do you feel about advertising for funeral home services?

@Goodie2shoes   Good luck with trying to take your name off a mailing list--LOL!!  As others have said, just toss it.  We get a lot more junk mail than anything of importance.  That's life in the 21st century!!

I really haven't received any advertisement for funeral services yet anyway and yes they most likely use an advertising company.  It's just annoying. I was very nice when I spoke to the rep on the phone and explained that I was not one of those people who call and yell at the rep as she is just doing her job. The advertisement went straight to my trash can as the previous advertisements have gone. I'm good, just needed to vent !
