Book prices for e-readers of any brand are simply out of sight these days! They are within a very few dollars of hardback books. I for one simply will not shell out the cash for them. I've had an e-reader for about a year and love it, but I think what these sellers are charging for the books is the biggest ripoff around.
So if you are like me and simply will not pay from $10 to $15 for e-books, check and think carefully before you buy. Also, look to see how much your library offers as e-books, what devices they will load on, and how long you can check them out.
To me, price of the books has become an overriding issue. And yes, there are thousands of "free" books but I've read the classics I want to read and these lists of "free" books just don't have much else I would spend time on.
