Years ago I bought a complete comforter set. It cost me more than I wanted to spend but I did have my 20% off coupon so I got it. We used this lovely comforter set for at least 2 years when I noticed it begin ripping and literally falling apart. I took a chance and went over to my local bb&b and asked them about it. We always keep our receipts so she told us just to bring in the old comforter and go pick out a new set of my choice. Now thats what I call customer service!

BBB has excellent customer service, my living room lamps are from them, and somehow hubby cracked the globe in his, we went in to see if they sold a replacement, their comment bring it back we will give you a new one
