Beauty show question

Watching the presentations of beauty products I am seeing a slight difference in the women. In the after shot the woman's face looks a little longer and thinner. Don't get me wrong, all the women are beautiful in the after shots but it just seems strange that the face looks thinner.

Has anyone else noticed this?
