I tried to order an item from HSN this morning only to learn that they cancelled my account because of too many returns. I was told by customer service that I am obviously "an unhappy customer." The items I had returned were several pair of Diane Gilman's jeans. It took several reorders to finally end up with the right size. Anyway, they hawk the same 30 return policy that QVC does, but at least QVC sends you a warning letter! That really ticked me off! Oh, well, it's their loss and my gain.....I won't be spending any money at HSN!
