It's not working on me because I don't watch it but I do get a kick out of reading all the dislike and disgust for the "influencers".  If I don't like a YT influencer, I don't watch her.  How do they sell some of this stuff with a straight face?

@monicakm  @CaliGold67

Influencers can be very manipulative.

However, we also know that some people like being sold to, even when they don't need the stuff being sold.

For some, shopping and spending money is their favorite hobby.

JMO, of course.

Why?  People on here comment they watch QVC shows even when they don't need what's being sold.

Having spent a large part of my career in sales, perhaps I see it differently.

@cmj61, I find it hard to believe she weighs that much. I would guess 105 to 115. That's all....

@highmaintenancejan Okay, that makes sense. I did hear when she stated that. I think she said that because she was selling an item where the smallest size was a Small, no XXS or XS. I do believe she may weigh 120, but like you said, 130 is really pushing it. Maybe she's just very muscular, muscle weighs more than fat. Woman Very Happy

I do not like the new platform, I've always watched QVC for a release from the everyday ****** of how I feel or what's going on in the world It's a nice escape This is just bringing me back to it When I tune in. The only good thing is I've noticed I'm not shopping as much My UPS man must miss me.

@highmaintenancejan I'm curious what part you don't believe about Amy's statement. I too am 5'2" (on a good day 5' 2 3/4"). I usually weigh in about 123-126 lbs. but can vary between 120-127.  In QVC sizing I wear anywhere between an xxs-small, depending on style and brand. I also have had to purchase a size 0 at times but usually wear a 4 or 6.

Do you think she wears a smaller size or a larger size? Or do you feel she doesn't know what she weighs?

I do want to clearly state I am in no way an XXS or a size 0 in department stores.

@cjm61   ya know I'm not sure what Amy actually weighs   But she looks to weigh much less ,  more like 105 , 110 the most .    she is very tiny and if wears a xxs it would seem 123,126 is a lot..   I am her size and height and I weigh anywhere between 98 lbs to 105 depending .

With that said if she says she's the weight she stated she should know .
