Baked Cabbage

Has anyone baked cabbage with olive oil? I found a recipe online to cut cabbage head in slices and then add to baking sheet with that is pre-oiled with olive oil.........place slices of cabbage on baking sheet brushing each slice with olive oil adding salt and pepper and caraway seeds or fennal seeds baking at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes.


Has anyone tried this or do you have some cabbage recipes where you bake the cabbage? Thank you.
