Rude customer service. On this day I called customer service and was transfered to Manager Denna. Ms. Denna was not able to privide information about an expensive bag I ordered on 03/05/2013(shipment information), and when I stated that I may have to cancel the order because no one was providing to me any information about the bag, she immediately deleted the order. This was the worst customer service experience I have encountered, and if this has happened on other ocassions, the company is losing money. I am done with QVC and will inform others of my experience.
