We went to the upper peninsula, and it rained, loaded with fog, and cool.  We took proper coats along, he only got a few pictures of the bridge in.  In all our years, this was the first we gave up the last day and came home.  So law of averages, it had to happen.  It was fine anyway, nice little trip.  Came home to find the sun again, lol.

Oh well.  Met 3 lovely ladies who were our waitresses, and by the time we left, good acquaintances.   They wished us a safe trip home, and said, next time we go up, it'll be better weather hopefully.  So that was all worth it!

Overall, sounds like a great trip! Hope it was everything you expected.

Now for the important part, did you get any fudge? 😁

We've been as west as Marquette but Copper Harbor is on my bucket list.

We've been in Munising and storms kick up in a heartbeat on Lake Superior.

We did go to Munising, and I swear, it's the land of the fishermen and the hunters. We didn't find the waterfall we wanted.  Suri even took us to a dead end, told us to park and walk the rest of the way.  ROFLOL.  I'm not relying on her a whole lot now. LOL. Didn't go to the island with all the rain, etc.  Too foggy to see.   The fudge is the frosting on the cake when we do go though.  We did go to the Soo, but were an hour early and they have a phone number so we called it for approx. ships due in.  We saw only rain on that visit.  I swear, rain, rain, and more rain.  We need some of that here.
