I know how you feel. In the last year especially I have aged so much and this is due to a lot of health issues that I have. There are days that I get so depressed about it. I know this might seem shallow and it's really what is on the inside that counts, but it does really affect your self-esteem and confidence. I never had much confidence to begin with. I am happy and blessed to still be here and I know you feel the same way, but it is really challenging at times. I wish you all the best - blessings!
