It was -8 on our thermometer this morning, but it's now a balmy 10.

It's freezing here in Ct and I can't get comfortable. If I put the thermostat on 68 I'm cold, if I put it on 70 it's too hot so trying 69 now to see if that's just right. When I open my kitchen cabinets that are on an outside wall I can feel cold air coming out of them and my cups and plates need heating before putting any hot food or drinks on or in them or the food gets cold and the coffee needs microwaving even though it's hot right out of the coffee pot. Drafts and more drafts coming from everywhere it seems, windows, cabinets and even closets. This house must be poorly insulated.

It's in the teens here. My kitchen sink also sits on an overhang and this AM we only have cold water operating from faucet. Kitchen cabinet doors are open to let warmer air in to the inside. It's a balmy 14 degrees outside!

It's about 14 here right now but feels like 6 according to online weather info.

I was out for about an hour and it wasn't bad.  As soon as I took my gloves off, my fingers froze.  But the sun is shining and it's not as windy as yesterday.  Yesterday was brutal due to wind.

It was 78° here yesterday..........and I felt cold.    That's what happens when you get used to the 110's during the summer.............

What a cold snap here in NJ.Finally my temps in the house went above 65. I am about done with this winter and that is saying a lot since I usually like the  wintertime. I want to feel the warm not the hot sun on my face and body again.Woman Wink

Up in the 60's here today. Always starts off in the mornings like in 30's, but, when that Tx. sun comes out don't take long to take that light coat off.LOL
