BOA & Green Tree LLC

Well, I got a letter a few weeks ago saying BOA sold my home loan to a company called Green Tree in Palatine IL... soooooooo today I was going to set up my on line payment with this green tree company and make my house payment... come to find out Green Tree wants to charge me every month $12.00 to make my payment on line... So I told them I would just use a stamp and mail it the old fashion way...

I don't know why BOA sold my loan to began with, but now I am stuck with this green tree company... did anyone else get a love letter from BOA selling there loan and has anyone heard or use this Green Tree LLC company?

No wonder Banks are in trouble, who in their right mind is gonna spend $144 buck extra a year to make a payment...
