Attractive Early Retirement Incentive -- ?

Is anyone considering jumping into early retirement? I visited with HR yesterday about the attractive early retirement incentive offered at work. I qualify for a pension and the jump would be four years earlier than expected. I would want to work part time after retirement. Husband is all for it and I'll have more time for personal interests and improved fitness. Been working ten-hour days for a couple of years, due to hiring freeze at the company. Big life change and lots to think about. Off to work now, but if anyone is at this station in life, or has early retirement experiences, I'd love to hear from you. Thank you!
