Yes, some of it is. I've returned enough of it. If they included a picture of what you're getting, it would be better.

I have returned at least one item because I decided I didn't want it after all. There was nothing wrong with it.

Posters have said that they've had regular items, not "as is" items, shipped to them with perfume/stains/etc. on clothing and opened make-up/creams that were obviously used or at the very least tested out.

I have had good luck with ""as is"" items. Two times I got the very last one.
