Do you remember Candy Pills?  They were colored dots that came on a sheet of paper.  Pulled them off and ate them.

No I do not remember those but boy did I love the candy cigarettes.  I was so grown up walking around with one of those in between my fingers.

We always just pulled them right off the paper with our mouths and there was always a little bit of paper stuck to the dot. Enhanced the flavor, LOL.

I also remember them being called Dots.  Occasionally, I would buy the candy cigarettes, but not the Dots.

Such a funny memory! Candy pills and cigarettes! In retrospect, it does seem odd that parents didn't think twice about this.....We also had plenty of toy guns, too....
