I am not for sure where I found this recipe and maybe it was here. I would like to get your suggestions on what I could add to this soup or would you keep the original recipe?


1 {9 ounce} can artichokes hearts drained

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 1/2 cups of chicken broth

1 tsp. salt

1 cup of table cream {Ist his half and half?}

Puree artichokes and chicken broth......place in sauce pan with lemon juice, salt and pepper,--heat and enjoy.
