Justice is crazy huh croemer? *shrugs* I know it is not a final verdrict, but just seems strange the lengths they go to in order to assist the criminal. O/T I am sitting here having my afternoon coffee while listening to Greta and seems like the two times murderer Joran VDS wants to make sure he is not forgotten, seems like he always comes up with something in the month of May. It is reported he will marry this month, his gal Lady Figaro or whatever is 5 months pregnant so he will marry her. How many kids does this make for him now, or rumored kids anyway? This is the same gal that he has been seeing since 2010 I gather, she met him thru a friend that was visiting another inmate there, her folks own some sort of kiosk at the prison. She must be a real loser, can you imagine the horrors and the stench of that place, what a way to want to spend your life, by choice. Ick, makes me shiver.

So he is doing some art classes and some business classes and that will help reduce his sentence, could be as much as 10 years served of the 28 yr sentence. At that time he WILL be turned over to the US courts tho so thats good I guess. But it just seems like each May he gets a story out there to like say 'hey, I'm still here, on top of my game'. How much you wanna bet he will marry her on May 30th, the anniversary of Natalie and Stephany's murders. Makes me sick to my stomach...

I don't know. I would think if you didn't have legs you would be anxious about your vulnerability at times. I could see the fear of being surprised by an intruder. That being said, I don't believe he' s innocent. The first thing you do is to check where your bedmate is !!

My take on Pistorius. At the beginning of all this mess I kept hearing how he is such a national hero where he lives and my first thought was that they'll come up with something to make it easier for him to get off. Well, here's it is - my bet is this shrink will say he has issues and and he'll be sentenced to some country club mental hospital where he'll be magically rehabilitated in a relatively short time.

Sad, cuz I think he's not quite at the same diabolical level as Jody Arias but I think his was a case of "if I can't have her, no one else will either". Seriously, if someone is supposedly locked in the bathroom, why would you have to shoot thru the door? You could keep an intruder trapped there while calling the police and if they came out, then shoot.

Shoot, how many of us had terrible childhoods, probably had anxiety and all other kinds of disorders? Have any one US with the same bad experiences gone on to become murderers? I had a terrible childhood, sociopathic parents, etc., and I managed to get through 60+ years of life as a law-abiding, productive citizen, wife, and mother. And I'll bet most of you did too.

IF he gets off from this the message is sob and cry and vomit on the witness stand and talk about every trauma you ever suffered and you get one free murder. (or maybe 2 who knows?)
