March 17. No televising of court trial per the Judge.

I had actually thought that with some time, they might just go to life without parole.

I think the original jury dropped the ball. They all said they would be WILLING to impose the death penalty. They should not have been on that jury if they weren't.

I still find her a poster child for the death penalty, and I'm not much for it!

Hopefully .... this will be the end to a bad story. Wish the jury a lot of luck and time for all the reviewing they will have to endure.

I really wanted to watch this and see her get the worst possible sentence. I am upset that we can't watch it.

I'm glad it's not being televised. No way should JA get any more attention to feed her sick need for it.

I also wonder how much the cameras really do affect the lawyers, judge, and jury. I can't believe it doesn't have some effect on them.

Did anyone see Jodi's former cell-mate on Dr. Drew recently? She is a nurse and has been in jail quite a few times. She said Jodi is definitely dangerous and doesn't feel she should ever be put into general population or she would try to take control of things and that Juan definitely knows what he's doing going for death.
