Are there any Target stores in Manhattan?

I remember I read an article in the NYT when Isaac Mizrahi debuted his line at Target.

They created a "pop-up" store in Manhattan but no one was buying. They had stocked the usual sizes they carry at their suburban locations...but the women in Manhattan were more likely to be Size 0 than Size 12.

Target realized their mistake, re-stocked the store and the sales went crazy.

No, I am not a 0 - more like a 10-12!
