Not to order any more pizza!
The other day the delivery guy said I am their favorite customer.
They take turns as to who goes where and he said they all like coming to my house because I am nice and I tip well.
They are getting to know me too much!!!![]()
Ugh!

So true @Pqfan.
Sadly, I had to stop going to the corner gourmet candy shop when the owner started to call me by name and knew which candies were my favorites.
Sigh . . .he was a chocolate making genius.

@CareBears wrote:@x Hedge I am going to try real hard to follow your advice, too much clutter in my mind of years of self doubt, it sure does not do a body or heart any good!
Heavens no! That stuff wreaks havoc on the body @CareBears.
The other question is to ask "What if I don't like my choice?"
How bad is going to be to live with it?
When I realized I usually make the best choice for me, and my few "bad" choices were mostly minor inconveniences (not disasters) it was easy to stop agonizing to the point of obsessing over stuff.
That was 50 years ago, when I was a young twig.

TO NOT DIE

I learned long ago not to make resolutions, then they wont be broken! lol.
I am however already starting to try my treadmill again (since Christmas and I had shots in my back for pain) Because I need to lose some weight which isn't helping my back. Hopefully it wont knock my back out like it usually does. I started slowly this time and will work my way up. My problem's isn't over eating my problem is lack of exercise due to pain. (Yes I tried water therapy, it knocked my back out too). So I am praying this time doing the treadmill helps! If it starts to bother me, I will be buying an exercise bike to try that!

Its admirable to try to lose weight through exercise, but does your doctor or physical therapist think that tread milling or bicycling is appropriate for a bad back? Some exercises are counterproductive.

Yes, I am going to try and live more in the moment and project less about what the future may or may not bring. I decided to really watch what I eat for the New Year because of health benefits and less about "size"....a more moderate approach to food intake and less worrying about being "perfect." I also am on some new meds that are never going to allow me to be the same size again, so I am going to learn to accept myself and enjoy life and all the people I love in it so much more.....
So my main New Year's resolution is to wake up and smell the roses... Life is good.
