The only sale channel I have tried clothes from is Q. They run way large IMO. They have Vanity sizing. If they had regular sizing they would start with a Small.
I don't order clothes from Q.
I hate when I order clothes online according to their size chart only to have the clothes not fit???
I used to be able to order my size or buy at the store but it hardly ever fits. I have to try on every piece of clothing even if I'm buying 2 of the same in different colors.

The OP mentioned that she bought leggings from both channels in a size large. I usually go up a size of two in leggings because I do not want pants to look like tights.

I must admit, I'm shocked. My sister is 120-125lbs and she wears a QVC S or XS depending on the cut. My middle sister is around 155 and she wears a M in both QVC and HSN. Honestly, I hate seeing how much I weigh in print but for this conversation, I have no choice. I weigh around 190 and I wear an L in QVC and XL in HSN. So, a 125lb woman who wears an XL is bizarre to me. It makes no sense at all. Perhaps you can tell us how Weight Watcher's relates to any of this???

Are you sure you're not wearing your clothes too big? I'm about 5'3", and weigh between 110 and 115 at any given time. I've only purchased tops and jackets here, and order by the garment measurements. I'm usually an XXS. I don't know how you're not swimming in the large.
@Jordan2 I agree with @ItsME. I've already replied but wanted to add that I don't see how you could possibly wear a size large when you weigh 125 lbs. I'm 5'5" and weigh 125 lbs., and the Joan Rivers blouse I bought from QVC is an XXS. I wear an XS or S other placesome s.
Before I got sick, I weighed close to 200 and was wearing some 2X,and 1X .....today I weigh about 128.....am 5' and currently wear a Petite L in pants, and in tops a L or M.....depends on the fabric. Most of the clothing I get on QVC are D&C.
I too question the size of clothing some of the hosts and models wear. And when I hear them say what size they say they are wearing, I say to myself....."that's your dream size...."

I'm 5'5" ad weigh 114 lbs. Rarely do I buy clothes at QVC, but if I do, it's XXS. In malls and clothes online outside of QVC, it's a small in tops. Size 2 in dresses and slacks, and waist size 26 in jeans.

to besure i get a good fit, i measure an old article of clothing with a fit that i like. then i compare the measurements to the measurements given for the piece ofclothing that i am thinking of buying. then i havea rough idea of how it will fit. this meathod has never failed me.
and i think that some models will fudge the size that they wear. you know, say i am a 2 when they really are a 6.

OP here. The pants I have gotten are leggings in a denim type fabric with spandex in them. As someone else said since I don't want them to look like tights, a large fits me fine. I won't mention names, but have heard hosts sometimes say what size they're wearing, and sometimes I can't believe them.

I wear a larger size than most people think I do. I am 5'1" and weight about 128 lbs. In a brick and mortar store I usually wear a size 10 petite.
Sometimes I need to buy a top in size large. I am busty and I have a ample posterior and my upper arm is larger. Clothing is often made for different types of bodies than I have. Women carry their weight in different places.
I don't worry about the size. I just go for a good fit. There is no way I can wear a size Small or less. I wear a medium or large depending on the garment and how it is made. Sometimes I wear an XL in a petite size. As long as it fits and looks good, I don't really care.
I have friends that weigh more than I do and they can wear a smaller size. They have smaller breasts and a flatter butt.
I don't buy clothing from QVC...it never fits.

QVC's bottoms are HUGE!!!. I now must probably wear a small in QVC bottoms and wear a 10 or 12 in the real world. Won't order their bottoms again--tired of having them nearly fall off!!!
