I may have already posted something similar to this so if so, I am sorry.........
Have any of you noticed that even if you pay a bill the day you receive it, you still can get a late payment fee? I mailed two bills to San Antonio on the 23 of Feb . They were to be there by March 7. One got there the 7th and the other the 9th...What do we pay higher rates for postage for if it takes two weeks or over to reach it's destination? Are the credit card companies deliberatley witholding our payments to make more money???I know people pay online nowadays but I am old school and prefer to continue mailing in my payments. Is there any agency to complain to about this???>?
