In this particular case, I think it's the baby's parents. Whether anyone else likes the name or not is irrelevant.

I see from the article that it is currently 18th most popular in England. Just as George and Charlotte have risen, so no doubt will Archie.

@jonbonApparently any poster here.

The baby will be who he is; identified by how he grows and what he will contribute as a man in this world. The name will not change that fact. At all.

All names have nice meanings, btw.
