i don't really have an opinion on the case the OP sited.

However, I will say that I was grateful for an e-mail from one of my favorite e-tailers (Meow Cosmetics) for their little April's Fools Joke. It put me on high alert before I logged on to facebook and fell for the various entries from my friends there, LOL! Wink
