Hi, I have to attend a relatives funeral Mon. Part of the funeral is high mass in a Catholic church. I can only wear certain shoes because of my back. IS it appropriate to wear very casual type sandals? If not I will wear another flat shoe (less comfortable) that matches my outfit and take the casual sandals to change out for the funeral luncheon. (Id prefer to wear sneakers but thats OUT sooo).
(I know I know, who cares if someone judges me? But I have a very nice outfit otherwise, and I dont want to look weird with dumb shoes! Its bad enough I have to take a pillow to sit on all day, due to hard wooden seats). But my problem is nothing compared to the loss of a loved one.
