Anything you wont be in any hurry to get back to?

[ Edited ]

After this pandemic ends, what will you

be in no hurry to get back to?

For me it is gatherings at any holiday and

being around some friends.

Reason is these people never are

quiet. They all just talk on and on

and dont take a breath. They just

ramble on and on. Honestly for me

it is exhausting!

I count the hours until I can leave

so I can have some peace and

quiet again.

I am not a big talker and some times

this just is annoying to me.Man Frustrated

Our family is small, we all wear masks, and have been together.  That's 4 adults and 2 children.

I am looking forward to seeing another family member and my former brother in law whom we love.  (We lost my sister to cancer several years ago).

I would love to see my beautiful customers without their masks, but they're older and I doubt it will happen.

Also waiting for the big craft shows to reopen.  It looks like fall shows will likely be in full swing.

Negative:  I don't miss the traffic on the roads.  It will return for sure.

Honestly, my life never really changed that much pre pandemic to post pandemic, I have done less shopping in store, but other than that, and wearing a mask,  I am pretty much just a home body and nothing else changed.

I will continue to wear a mask until the CDC says it is safe not too. I have had my two vaccine shots and feel much safer now.

Re: What will you be in no hurry to get back to?

Grocery shopping as a regular chore.

I really like curbside pickup. Sure it will be great to feel comfortable just shopping in a leisurely manner as well. It's just so nice though, to be able to pick out my staples online and apply coupons to them and check out while still in my jammies. I can take my tablet into the kitchen and check on what we need and put it right in the online shopping basket. No more shopping list needed.

Also feeling obligated to have a big extravaganza planned each weekend to brag to others about. It's been a relief to not feel any pressure to answer, "So whatcha doing this weekend?" with anything elaborate.
