These are just my observations and opinions and I am curious what you think.

Re Casey Anthony, after sitting like a stone during the first months of hearings ages ago, now she is furiously taking notes, keeping folders, writing feverishly - she just doesn't seem smart or educated enough to be very seriously taking notes on all these legal opinions, which are hard for a lots of us to understand. Could it be she is taking notes for a book she plans to write after her perceived acquittal and alas, another low life becomes an instant millionnaire?

Jose Baez - why does he always have this smirk, half smile on his face? I just can't think he is all that good a lawyer and of course, he doesn't have to be I guess, since there is an OJ-like defense "dream" team in place. I am just mesmerized by this proceeding and I guess during the months of May and June and possibly part 0f July I will be glued to the tv.
