Anyone watching Once Upon a Time?

I am really liking this show but I am a little confused. I know no one remembers about their past, who they really are, the curse, etc. But the mayor and that evil guy who owns they town, I have the feeling that they are well aware of who they really are. The last show at the end, they way they were talking to each other, gave me the impression that they know everything and who they really are.
