Anyone using the Hairmax Prima 7?

I've been using the Prima 7 since last week of May. I am noticing my scalp is red in places and along the hairline in front.  Not seeing any new hairs, although it may be a little too soon. Anyone else having this reaction? I did do the test on my arm when I received it, as suggested.
