Only 15% of people in Britain now use napkins at mealtime.

Wow, as many as that?! I lived there for 40 years and never knew anyone who used napkins at home, ever. Not even for Christmas dinner. I've never owned a set of napkins.

We have a formal meal twice a year, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Every other day, it's dinner in front of the TV for us. Without napkins.
