Forgot to tell you that you can leave a reply to the negative! It will post right under her negative so anyone who sees it will also see your explanation. Just be ultra professional. I don't think you can mention anything about the dispute but you can be clear that the negative was not deserved as all measurements were clearly marked! I believe you can get to the reply from the feedback bar associated with the sale (on the MyeBay page), "reply" to feedback, or from the Site Map.

It's hard to find but if you go all the way down to the bottom of any eBay page, click on "Site Map". Go to "Community" (quitde a ways down the page), Go to "Reply to Feedback Left" and click on it, find the item and click "Reply"... fill in appropriate response. Again... good luck!

@Tinkrbl44... We are having luck with DH selling my clothing FYI : )
That's great! It's not impossible to sell winter clothing now; it's just easier when you're going into the season.

I have been a Seller on E-Bay since 2002. It can be very hard to get Negative Feedback removed (even if you won a case) and it really does drop a rating if there is a low number of total transactions (ie new seller) So far I have sold everything I have ever listed. Key is to research others selling similar or same items and price appropriately for competition, If someone is selling same thing for 30.00 less in same condition of course I will buy the item of lesser price. Certain brands and hot items sell alot more quickly then others. I usually look at feedback ratings before I buy but also look at the situation ie number of ratings, etc. You say it is now over 90 days and they cannot remove the feedback at this late time. Good thing though it will come back up soon. Good luck is a fun place to shop and sell. (getting somewhat harder with the overhead of postage, fees and PP fees)

Offer buyers if they have any questions or problems to contact you before leaving negative feedback. It should be a common courtesy for buyers to at least contact the seller s if they have problems. Now if the seller ignores them, then you are risking negative feedback. I believe ebay has a 14 day guarantee policy, as does paypal. I have been ebaying since 2001, and thankfully I have only had 1 negative. 2003, I sold an accordion. Woman claimed it arrived busted. I knew it wasn't but I refunded but she still left negative. Thankfully, it is no longer on there. I am one of those people who if I buy something, I will leave positive if good or nothing if the item is bad or not advertised. Cause you are risking negative feedback against you. A lot of times, people read the reason why there is negative, especially if there only 1. Now if there is say like 50 negative and you only have sold 100 items, you got a public relations problem.
