My order history is showing only one page of items. Is anyone else having this problem?

My order history goes back a long way. Make sure you click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the last item on the page. My pages went back to include at least three pages of order history. Everything looks a bit different since the format was overhauled.

When I click on next at the bottom of the order history page it takes me to easy pay .
I found that if I click on next at the top of the page I can get more orders

When I click on "next" at the bottom of the page, it goes to a blank page with a "sorry" message; when I click on the "next" at the top of the page, it goes to returned items.
QVC has a glitch. Wonder if anyone else is noticing?

It's the continuing saga & problem issues of the horrible new "order status" pages. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. So many countless issues & problems with this new system. Thinking it was put into place to deter us all from the shipping delay & return/exchange issues we have been dealing with. Deter & deflect...

I hate to think this is being done on purpose. But, you are right--QVC's shipping and return issues have gotten much worse recently. I hesitate to buy anything here anymore. I typically only buy Linea, because this is the only place it's for sale. If I have the option to purchase the same QVC item on Amazon for free and fast shipping, I do it. No way I'd purchase it on QVC.

It's something that comes & goes...something will go wonky for a few minutes and then a few minutes later it's fine. Just have to catch it at the right time. One day I clicked on "Next" page on the very first order status page & it brought me to something purchased years ago with the many pages in between missing! Another day I did the same thing and said something to the effect there were no more pages to display or no more orders or similar. Another day I clicked on "Next" page and it brought me to a "tracking order" page...huh???

My Order Status page seems to be okay. I can click on next and my orders go back a long way.
