Anyone receive an email from QVC - Website participation

Did anyone receive an email from Bill Viereck, Research Mgr for QVC, regarding testing of the QVC website? Email offered a $50 credit toward future QVC purchases for participation?

I googled Viereck and he is a valid marketing individual but I'm still leery. Just wondered if any of you had received this email.
