Anyone live in Houston?

My son and daughter-in-law are moving from NYC to Houston. I was thinking about including a restaurant gift card with their Christmas gifts but I don't know anything about Houston. Their office will be on Fannin Street so I thought maybe someone could suggest a restaurant in that area. ( They don't know where they will be living yet.) It doesn't have to be fancy but I'd like someplace where they can have a nice meal for about $100. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!
