Oh my goodness, it definitely Frank , famous for yodeling.  He's still alive as well.  I remember him being famous when I was a little girl, he's 86.

I cry EVERY time I hear it.  I heard it for the first time when I was a wee tot.  My mother was a music lover. 

I absolutley love Gregory Sierra.  He's the one on Sanford And Son called, "Julio" but he was WAY older than me and we never met but if we had.....boy oh boy.........he would never have forgotten me......This song is for him....ONLY.
