Anyone have experience with Prism Cable?

Currently we have TWC and we have the internet, phone and cable bundle. We have been having problems with it skipping and no volume and we have had them out here numerous times. We have lost our whole DVR list about 2 times in 6 months and they can't really explain why. Well we just got a letter and our bill will be going up to $250 a month in January. We moved into our house about 3 yrs ago and had Uverse before so TWC kept extending our first time user special each time. I am sure I could get the price down again but I feel like it is more trouble than it is worth and we can't get Uverse in our area yet so I was wondering if anyone had any experience with Prism. We would be interested in bundling again and we like to have all the movie channels too. If you can give me any info on what you have, the costs and your satisfaction with it I would appreciate it. TIA!
