Anyone have Amtrack experience/reviews

I am considering taking Amrrack from Ohio to Colorado. Just checking to see if anyone had any experience and would share. I would appreciate any reviews, opinions and suggestions. Personally, I have never been on a train before but thought it might be a fun experience.
