This is what I wrote on the main forum.
The TSV is for circulation only. It is not an adequate exercise bike because 1) there is no stability, that is, no handlebars to keep your body from moving side to side as you pedal. The faster you pedal, which you will need to do if you want to even approach an aerobic workout, the more your body will move laterally. This can cause back injury, and 2) there is not enough resistance. They stated it is a low resistance machine.
For what it is, it is exorbitantly priced. If you want to get a workout, for about the same price or a little bit more, you can buy a good stationary bike with handlebars and varying levels of resistance. If you only want to address your circulation, you can buy a floor pedaler for about $20.
