Anyone get Gel Nails?

I think I'm going to start getting these. I have horrible nails, weak and they dont' grow. I've always had them so there is nothing wrong.

I'm used to getting acrylic nails but was wondering how people feel about the gels?

FYI -I don't do claws, I keep them short and usually a french.
