If you want to believe something badly enough, you will believe it..... I have no interest in that nasty concoction.

It's an old early-2014 Fad...chugging down pure oil. Seriously? It's soooo not healthy. Poor veins, heart, liver are working overtime to fix all the damage this creates....leaching out all the important minerals in ones system & bones to neutralize all this acid. Plus zero nutrition. like I said before....Healthy Endothelium is where it's at!!

Different strokes for different folks!

Odd you should say "strokes"...that's what one usually GETS when eating stuff like you described.

A Healthy Endothelium is where it's at!! Low Fat Whole Food Plant based diet! (See Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn...LOVE him!)

Nope, eating fats do not cause strokes. Replacing fats with carbs will though. Fats are necessary for the body to function.

Saturated fats cause plaque, which inflames the Endothelium...that will injure the cellular wall causing strokes/heart attacks. Inflamed Endothelium is a precursor to Cancer, as well. Fat in the diet gunks up the blood. All that inflammation & the body will revolt. You might be a size 4 on the outside, but if you're veins are gunky, what's the point? Carbohydrates are needed for body function....carbohydrates in the form of plant based whole foods. Lots & lots of potatoes will not make you fat....it's the fat & animal product you put ON them is what causes an inflamed Endothelium.

Great for you that you have found something that works FOR YOU.

But it appears to have done little to nothing for your cranky attitude towards anyone else with a different theory of healthy living.

Potatoes turn into sugar in the body - a definite no-no for many people with diabetes or pre-diabetes.

So what works for you might be poison to other people.

It's not greasy at all. It's like coffee with cream and coconut flavoring.

I believe some posters who criticize every great tasting posted meal must have this!
