I've been noticing this more and more lately- girls/chicks/ladies/women speaking as if they are asking a question.
Example-
Random person- "I was going? to the store? and got a flat?"
Me- "Excuse me? Are you asking me where the store is, or tire repair place? I'm lost."
I was noticing it on Project Runway tonight as well. Maybe this has been happening for a while, or in a particular area, and probably not just among women, but it sounds so strange to me! Plus with my horrible ear infection, every noise is unpleasant. But really, is anyone else noticing this?
