The print was so tiny I never read it anyway. I always use the on-line schedule. I believe HSN has pretty much stopped sending out the paper schedule also. No biggie for me.

I'm still getting the Q-insider magazine. HSN sends me a schedule by mail. But, if you want to see the programming, TV or go on the computer. But, I know what you mean about having the guides, they are quite handy especially if you are looking for a specific item during the month, you can scan the paper program.

Q would be the last place I would be looking for an item. Their shipping is sky high and their quality control is pretty bad.
