Anyone else having issues accessing Discover card on-line?

Not sure where to post this but is anyone else having issues getting into DiscoverCard.com? I have Comcast and was using their "Constant Guard" system to access Discover. That stopped working several days ago (just Discovercard.com not any other sites). It blocks me because "it can't verify that the address is really Discover card."

Up until today, I was able to log into Discovercard.com using google and entering my password, etc. Now I can't do that. After a long wait, I get an error message. I've tried another computer with the same results (or lack of results). What gives? Anyone else having issues? TIA
